About Catholic Charities Disabilities Services: Catholic Charities Disabilities Services, a not-for-profit agency of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany, was established in 1984. We provide services and supports to children and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities residing within eleven counties including Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Columbia and Greene.
