CCDS Personal & Family Support Grant Program

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services (CCDS) is working to expand the CCDS Personal & Family Support Grant Program to increase the number of families and individuals we are able to provide additional aid to. Through our Personal and Family Support Grant, we are able to offer assistance for basic needs like food, utility bills and temporary housing.

About Catholic Charities Disabilities Services: Our mission is turning disabilities into capabilities; providing quality services with integrity, compassion and respect. We provide services and supports to children and adults who have developmental and related disabilities residing within eleven counties including Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Columbia and Greene. We provide individualized services for more than 1,000 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. We offer individuals the opportunities to learn skills and develop the confidence needed to live their lives as independently as possible, within the community of their choice. We pledge to maintain the highest level of excellence and sensitivity in all that we do to provide dignified, caring, and professional services that assist the people we support to maximize their potential in every area of life, regardless of their age or the nature of their disabilities.
