About Family Promise of the Capital Region: Since 2015, Family Promise of the Capital Region (FPCR) has engaged the community in support of families facing homelessness, providing temporary shelter, wraparound services, and the guidance they need to build a better future. Services are offered free of charge, and once families are housed, FPCR follows their progress to ensure they don't lapse into homelessness.
