About Homes for Orphaned Pets Exist: Homes for Orphaned Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to evaluating, rescuing, nurturing and responsibly rehoming animals throughout Saratoga County and the surrounding communities. For more than 20 years, H.O.P.E. has rescued dogs and cats from challenging circumstances, providing them with compassionate medical care, loving foster homes and thoughtful placement. We fight for every animal we have the resources to help—raising critical funds for medical treatment and recovery, while working tirelessly to ensure each adoption is a lasting, successful match. We are proud to be a trusted resource for local families, shelters and community partners seeking guidance and support for pets in need. In addition, we operate a community pet pantry to assist individuals and families who need extra support feeding their animals.
